Delivery and collection
Please allow 5–7 days for order preparation and packaging after payment confirmation. Courier delivery may take an additional 1–2 days depending on your location and the selected delivery service.

How do I order?
Add products to your cart, choose the weight you want, and check out. You'll get an order number and our banking details straight away.
How do I pay?
We accept EFT (bank transfer). Use your order number as the payment reference. Once the money reflects in our account we confirm your order and email your invoice.
Can I upload proof of payment?
Yes. Open your order page from the email we send you, or use Track order, and upload the proof. We still wait for the funds to clear before we start preparing.
How long does it take?
Please allow 5–7 days to prepare and pack your order after we confirm payment. Courier delivery can take another 1–2 days.
