What we collect

When you order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. If you buy as a business we may also record your company name and VAT number. When you sign up for specials we record your email address and the date you agreed to receive marketing emails.

Why we use it

- To process, pack and deliver your order and send you invoices and order updates.
- To contact you about your order.
- To send specials, only if you agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every marketing email.
- To keep the financial records the law requires.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who need it to complete your order, such as a courier (name, phone and address) and our email and website hosting providers. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for at least five years for tax purposes. Marketing details are deleted when you unsubscribe or ask us to.

Your rights under POPIA

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to marketing. Contact us using the details above. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).

Security

We use secure connections (HTTPS) and restrict access to customer information to people who need it to run the business. We never store card numbers on this website.
